Experience
Ms. Gauthier began her career at the law firm of Sidley & Austin in Chicago, worked as Senior Attorney for The Marcus Corporation in Milwaukee and served as Vice President and General Counsel of a Milwaukee area real estate development company before fulfilling a long-cherished dream of starting her own business by establishing The Gauthier Law Group, LLC. She has more than twenty years of experience representing a wide variety of business and not-for-profit organizations including New York Stock Exchange companies, closely held businesses, local, national and international commercial lenders, commercial real estate developers and brokers, real property owners and managers, local and national hospitality industry clients, media and entertainment industry businesses, large and small manufacturers, insurance companies, national, regional and local retailers, hospitals, health care providers, universities, information technology businesses, a global media conglomerate, an internationally recognized sports figure and a National League baseball team.
